Privacy Policy

Reelinia places great importance on protecting your personal data. This policy details what data we collect, why we process it, and the rights you have.

Last updated: October 2026

Data Controller

The data controller is Reelinia (Paris, France). For any question regarding your data, contact us at reelinia@gmail.com.

Data We Collect

We collect the information you provide through the contact form (name, email address, phone, company, service requested, estimated budget, message) and when booking a demo. Technical data (IP address, browser and operating system, page viewed, referrer) is processed automatically to secure the website and to measure its traffic (see Cookies).

Purposes of Processing

Your data is used to respond to your requests, schedule meetings, secure the website, and measure its traffic to improve it. It is never sold or rented to third parties.

Legal Basis

Processing is based on your consent (contact form) and on our legitimate interest in responding to your inquiries, securing the website, and measuring its traffic in aggregate.

Recipients

Your data is processed by the Reelinia team and by our technical processors: Resend (email delivery), Cal.com (scheduling) and Vercel (hosting and audience measurement). These providers are established in the United States; data transfers are covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

Retention Period

Data from the contact form and from bookings is retained for 3 years from the last contact, unless a legal obligation requires otherwise. Traffic measurement keeps only aggregated statistics; the fingerprint used to count visitors is erased after 24 hours.

Your Rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, port, restrict, and object to the processing of your data. To exercise these rights, write to reelinia@gmail.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).

Cookies

No advertising or analytics cookies are set. A single cookie, NEXT_LOCALE, remembers the language you chose when it differs from your browser's, until you close the browser. The site also stores three display preferences in your browser (theme, intro already seen, banner closed). Visits are measured without cookies by Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights. For each page viewed they record technical data (page, referrer, country and region, browser and operating system, device type, network speed, loading speed) and only derive aggregated statistics from it. To count visitors, Vercel computes a fingerprint of the request, erased after 24 hours; nothing follows you from one site to another. The Cal.com calendar, on the Contact page, only loads if you click “Show the calendar”; it then sets the cookies needed to book an appointment.
